  1. Will I Really Save Money?

    Absolutely! Our program is a dealer discount program and should not be confused with a manufacturer's discount program. Savings are based on the best internet price being offered by participating dealers. Our dealers have contractually agreed to offer savings below their most competitive internet price offered to the general public. Savings will range from at least $100 below the best internet price for new vehicles to at least $250 below the posted internet selling price for used.
  2. What is Internet Pricing?

    The internet price falls between MSRP (Mfg. Suggested Retail Price) and invoice price. Your exact price quote can be obtained from the Authorized Dealer Representative or Internet Sales Manager at the dealership listed on your certificate.
  3. Can Family Members use my Discount?

    Yes, as an employee or member of a participating organization, we want you to make your organization's PIN available to all family members for that special Carperks savings.
  4. May I Still use Carperks if I Retire?

    Most Definitely. Just enter your company's name and follow the link to start your registration or contact Carperks for help.
  5. What About Financing?

    If you are a Carperks user, our network dealers can assist you with your financing needs.
  6. What About Vehicle Insurance?

    If you are a Carperks user, please visit Unitrin Insurance.
  7. What about service and warranties?

    As with any purchase or lease of a new vehicle, you will receive the highest standard of service offered by our dealers. Your vehicle will be covered by all applicable manufacturer and dealer warranties.
  8. Is the Carperks discount honored by non-participating dealers?

    A good question. No, only those dealers who are under contract to honor the Carperks program will provide you with our pre-negotiated pricing.
  9. Are there any situations when I might not receive my Carperks discount?

    Yes, there are. Please know that in very unusual situations, discount pricing may not be available in specific vehicle makes and models with some dealers. You must take delivery from dealer stock. The discount does not apply to factory orders or dealer trades. See your assigned dealership for details.
  10. Do I have to use my certificate once it is created?

    We hope that you will use your certificate. However, you are under no obligation to use the certificate once it is created.
